When a specific version or member is available to choose, select it from the product options before adding it to your basket. If an item is sold as Random Version, the version is not a guaranteed choice.

A member cover does not necessarily mean every photocard inside features that member. Check the included items and any random inclusions before choosing. Our album versions guide explains the differences.

No. Photobook, digipack and platform editions can have different formats and contents. Some platform or Weverse Albums editions use digital access instead of a CD. Check the exact edition, especially if you are buying for someone who wants to play a physical disc.

Our albums are official releases sourced through K-pop suppliers. They arrive factory sealed unless we clearly state otherwise for that item. For a question about a particular release or accessory, ask us before ordering.

Check the release information and expected availability for the item you choose. A release date is not a guaranteed delivery date. Orders containing several items may ship together once everything is available; contact us before ordering if you need an in-stock item sooner.

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the change you need. If it has not shipped, we will do our best to help. If it is already on its way, our returns policy explains the next steps.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Busy periods and new-stock arrivals can take longer. We do not dispatch on weekends or Irish public holidays.

After dispatch, delivery is typically 1–3 business days within Ireland and 3–7 business days to Northern Ireland / the UK. Other international delivery times vary. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates; courier delays and customs processing can affect timing.

When your order is dispatched, we send a confirmation email with tracking information where available. Check that email first, along with your spam folder. If a parcel seems delayed or lost, send us your order number and we will investigate with the courier. Investigations can take time.

International orders may be subject to customs charges, duties or local taxes depending on the destination. See our shipping policy for how these are handled, and check your destination’s requirements before ordering.

No, we do not sell batteries. For a battery-powered model, buy the correct size and type separately and fit them as directed in its manual. For example, ATEEZ Ver.3 and TXT Ver.2 require three AAA alkaline batteries. Do not assume every model uses the same power source.

Not necessarily. Concert syncing depends on the event and supported light-stick version. Follow the current artist and organiser instructions for your show, including any required app setup, firmware update or seat registration. Pairing with a phone at home does not guarantee concert syncing.

If the device is unusually hot, wet, damaged or has leaking batteries, stop using it and ask for help rather than attempting a repair.

Do not assume so. Covers, decorative parts and cradles are accessories, and a cradle is not automatically a charger. Check exactly what is included and which model it fits. Our first light-stick guide helps you choose the right item.

We offer a 30-day returns and exchanges window for eligible items. Items generally need to be new, unused and in their original packaging with all components and inserts. Opened albums, photocards and other unsealed collectibles have restrictions unless faulty.

Please contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will assess the issue and explain the available replacement, exchange or refund options. Keep the packaging while we look into it.
