Orders

Do I get a random album version?

Some albums come in multiple versions. If a listing says “Random Version” one version will be selected at random by the manufacturer packaging. If specific member or version options are available you will see them as selectable variants on the product page.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If your order has not yet shipped we will do our best to help. Contact us as soon as possible and include your order number.

Shipping

Where do you ship from?

All orders ship from Ireland.

How long does delivery take?

Ireland: typically 1–2 working days

EU: typically 3–6 working days

You will receive tracking once your order ships.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated at checkout and free shipping is available for orders over €50 to Ireland, £60 to UK and €80 to other EU countries.

Are your K-Pop albums official?

Yes. All albums and merchandise sold on My Bias Hub are official releases sourced from authorised distributors.

Are albums sealed?

Yes. Albums arrive factory sealed unless the product description clearly states otherwise.

What is a “Random Version” album?

Many K-Pop albums are released with multiple cover versions. When sold as random the version is selected randomly by the manufacturer packaging.

Yes. Use our request form and we will try to source it for you.

Returns

Can I return an item?

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will resolve it.
