MyBiasHub began with a feeling that will be familiar to many music fans: being at a concert and finding a whole community around the music you love.
For us, that inspiration came from attending a Stray Kids concert. We travelled from Ireland to London, to Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, because the tour had not made it as far as Ireland. Yet.
The performance was part of it, of course. But what stayed with us was the welcoming fan community: people of different ages, backgrounds and styles sharing their enthusiasm.
A journey that became an idea
Travelling overseas for a show is something many fans in Ireland will recognise. The music brings you there, but the experience can leave you thinking about much more than the performance.
For MyBiasHub, it became the starting point for a simple idea: could buying K-pop merchandise from Ireland feel easier, clearer and closer to home?
Why an Irish K-pop shop?
Before MyBiasHub, we had spent years ordering merchandise from abroad. Long waits, customs charges, questions about authenticity and uncertainty about when an order would arrive were familiar frustrations.
We wanted to make that experience easier for fans buying from Ireland. MyBiasHub grew from that wish: a small, Irish, fan-run shop with a focus on official K-pop merchandise, clearer delivery expectations and straightforward information.
Those little details matter. Which album version is it? Is the item a light stick or an accessory? What does the listing actually include? Buying something connected to the music you love should be enjoyable, whether you are building a collection or choosing a gift.
Starting with Stray Kids, making room for more
Stray Kids sparked the idea, but our interests did not stop with one group. Discovering and rediscovering artists across different generations, sounds and styles has helped shape the shop.
There is no single way to be a K-pop fan. You might collect albums, love character merchandise, follow several groups or simply enjoy the music. You do not need a shelf full of purchases to belong.
Our Stray Kids collection is one part of that story. The wider album collection reflects the different artists fans make room for along the way.
