Orders are not dispatched on weekends or Irish public holidays.

MyBiasHub is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

 

Tracking

 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

 

Lost or Delayed Parcels

 

If your order appears to be delayed or lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the courier to investigate.
