Refund Policy (Returns & Exchanges)

We want you to love your order from MyBiasHub. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns and exchanges window

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. To be eligible, items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging, with all included components and inserts.

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA or the UK, you may have a legal right to cancel your online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order (the “cooling-off” period) for eligible items. Our 30-day returns window is offered in addition to your statutory rights.

How to start a return or exchange

To request a return or exchange, email support@mybiashub.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. We will reply with return instructions. For customer security and to reduce fraud, we provide the return address and instructions once a return has been approved.

Return shipping costs

For non-faulty returns (including change-of-mind returns), return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service, as the customer is responsible for the item until it reaches us.

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the cost of return shipping where required and will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund depending on stock availability and your preference.

Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@mybiashub.com and include clear photos of the item and packaging, along with your order number. We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.

Non-returnable items and exceptions

For hygiene and collectible reasons, some items cannot be returned if opened or used, unless they are faulty. This includes opened or unsealed albums/CDs, photocards, and any sealed items that have been unsealed after delivery. 

Packaging condition (collectibles)

Many collectible items are supplied in protective retail packaging. Minor cosmetic imperfections to outer packaging (such as light scuffs, dents, or shelf wear) can occur during shipping and handling and do not necessarily indicate the item is damaged. Cosmetic damage to outer packaging alone is not considered a fault, provided the product itself is intact and functional.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. We aim to process refunds within 7 days of receiving the returned item(s). Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the refund.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for eligible items within 30 days of delivery, subject to stock availability. If the requested exchange item is out of stock, we can offer an alternative item or a refund.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@mybiashub.com. If your order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to cancel it. If it has already shipped, you can request a return once it arrives, subject to the conditions above.
